This is a start to something bad, I just know it, but for now, it’s a nice pleasant episode.  It starts with Sawako having weird rumours that if you get her to smile, good fortune will come to you.  This is has been totally different than before considering everything involving Sawako was bad luck.  At the same time, Ayane and Chizuru comment that she’s now friends with Endo and Hirano.  They then talk about how they should call by their names so Endo is Tomo and Hirano is Ekko.  Ayane and Chizuru also comment that this also applies to Sawako, to call the girls by their first name, since they are friends now.  As Ayane likes to be the dominant one (as Chizuru states, she is a sadist) she tells Sawako to call Kazehaya without formalities.  She enjoys the worrisome Sawako and as soon as Kazehaya sits down, she calls Kazehaya “Kazehaya…….kun” still not being able to get away from the formalities.  Ayane meant calling Shouta but she’s still a ways away from that.  Later, Pin makes Kazehaya the sports day class representative since he’s in the sports club (I think that’s what he says).  For some reason, since Chizuru is very competitive, she’s on the same as Pin with becoming the winning class on Sports Day.  As talk goes around amongst the girls that Kazehaya is the class representative, there’s sneaky little Kurumi eavesdropping.  Then at lunch she talks to her friends that she “heard” that Kazehaya is class representative, and through that she pretty much gets the other girls to nominate her to be one as well, even though she comes off as not really being interested in Kazehaya and that she doesn’t have any ulterior motives on becoming a class representative.   As the same time, Sawako’s class is practicing soccer on the field.  As expected, Sawako can’t even the ball yet.  As lunch is coming to a close, she sees Kazehaya from a distance and for no reason, she starts blushing.  She doesn’t understand why that she’s not particularly close to him or anything.  I guess that’s what happens when people have avoided her for so long and because of that never really paid any attention to anyone around her.  She doesn’t realize that she’s falling for Kazehaya, hard.  And Chizuru being slow on things, she doesn’t understand why her face is all red.  After school, Kurumi is already in the class of the representatives when Kazehaya comes in the door.  Kurumi says that they’ve both “coincidentally” become class representatives.  As Kurumi tries to be friendly with him, like borrowing CDs from him, Kazehaya is totally taken by Sawako outside watering the plants.  He starts laughing (but obviously not in a mean way) because she’s not really doing well even kicking a rock.  There’s a moment of Kurumi where the show uses an extreme close up shot of Kurumi’s eye and it’s not the usual friendly Kurumi.  As the 5′o clock bell goes, Sawako completely forgets what time it is and as soon as she’s about to start going, Kazehaya has passed a soccer ball to her.  He then practices passing with her.  Sawako still doesn’t know what she’s feeling for Kazehaya (she just thinks it’s a close friendship with a guy) so instead she tries her best to respond to the help she’s getting from him.  The episode ends with Kurumi still in the classroom, probably plotting her next move in ruing Sawako’s life.
